Repetitive Strain Injury – RSI
A repetitive strain injury is the term used to describe a wide range of injuries specifically caused by the repeated movement of a particular part of the body such as the shoulder, wrist, fingers and neck.
Repetitive strain injuries commonly affect nerves, tendons and muscles.
